Meet Kasia Tennstedt

My Story

I grew up in a small town in Eastern Poland. After graduating from the Poznan University of Economics in Poland, a friend invited me to visit Big Sky, Montana. That invitation changed the rest of my life. I fell in love with the mountains and people of Montana and made it my new home in 2005. Spending time in the mountains and nature inspired me to change the course of my professional life and to pursue the study of Healing Arts which became my true call and passion.

My Healing Quest

For many years, I immersed myself in traveling around the word while studying many healing modalities which took me on a “healing quest” from Thailand (to study Thai massage), to Peru (to learn about shamanic healing), to Costa Rica and Mexico (to study Ayurvedic medicine).

My true call and passion is to help others find peace & well being while developing a closer and more loving relationship with their Body, Mind and Spirit.

My Free Time

In my free time, I enjoy spending time in nature with my beloved animals - golden doodle (Sophie) and black cat (Magik), meditating, walking, gardening in the Summer and cooking.

My Own Health Challenges

I have gone through health challenges myself (bone cancer in my late thirties) and received so much love and healing through recovery, that it deepened my desire to give back and help others on their journey to health, wellness and trusting that their body can heal even in the most challenging circumstances. My Soul knew that I had to allow my body to heal with holistic methods addressing emotional, mental, spiritual and physical healing. I trusted that true healing comes from within and my body had the ability not only to recover but to thrive again.

Everyone`s path is unique, and may require different ways of healing. We need to honor our unique path and follow it... Healing does not need to be complicated. Sometimes the simplest answer is the best way.
